Sundays @9:45 - Adult Sunday Small Group

Join this five-session Sunday Small Group Bible Study, “Promised Land”, by noted teacher and historian, Ray Vander Laan. In it, Vander Laan explores how God guided his people to the Promised Land to impact the world in ancient times and today.
This group is a good ‘companion learning tool’ to go along with our August Worship Series about the early days of the people of Israel after they entered the Promised Land.

DAILY DISCIPLINES – Fellowship Hall “C”: An ongoing group with weekly discussion of scriptures from the UMC daily devotional journal. Each day includes a scripture reading, the author's brief, thought provoking input and a prayer. On Sunday we gather, review the readings and share our comments. We are all on our walk with Christ, and need perspective and input from others. The group is based on encouraging one another through fellowship, and faith development.

Basic Yoga Class

Rejuvenate your body and be led by breath as you stretch, tone, and relax. Improve your flexibility, balance, and physical conditioning while releasing tension and tightness from your body.
Classes meet every Tuesday from 11:00 – Noon and the cost is $8.00 per person.

Please remember to bring your yoga mat.

Recurring Activities

 Free Strength and Flexibility Classes     

are offered at New Hope by a professional instructor. Classes are held every Thursday and run from 11:00 – Noon in the Fellowship Hall. You will strengthen muscles and bones while using exercise bands to perform weight-bearing exercises, increasing your strength and flexibility as well as helping to prevent osteoporosis. If interested, all you need to do is show up for class, no registration is required.
